A professional engineer who brings more than 30 years of experience in all facets of transportation engineering, Dave Newkirk has been with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick (HLR) since its inception in 1977, and has served as both an officer and director. Dave previously worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation in the Bureau of Local Roads and Streets.
