HLR Announces New Staff
Erica Spolar, Environmental Engineering Manager
HLR now provides our clients environmental engineering services.
HLR is pleased to announce that Erica Spolar has joined our staff. Erica is passionate about helping and working with clients to achieve their goals and enjoys establishing relationships with people through working on different types of projects. Her background is unique - she has an engineering degree and over 15 years of environmental experience. She has worked on a variety of transportation, utility, and development projects conducting noise and air quality analyses and overseeing wetland delineations and ecological studies. Erica has obtained wetland and storm water permits for several projects at the federal, state, and local level.

Erica is a Certified Wetland Specialist with Lake, McHenry, and Kane Counties, and is a Designated Erosion Control Inspector in Lake County. She is a member of Women in Transportation (WTS).
